These Terms of Service govern access to and use of GagaWins, including the public website, player and organizer account areas, wallet-linked flows, pool creation and participation, KYC submissions, support interactions, and any related platform services made available from time to time.

By visiting, registering, accessing, or continuing to use GagaWins, you agree to be bound by these terms together with any applicable product rules, promotional conditions, privacy notices, and operational policies published by the platform.

GagaWins is intended for users who are 18 years or older and legally allowed to participate in sports-pool products in Nigeria.

You must provide accurate registration, verification, and bank information and keep it updated throughout the life of your account.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account credentials, login OTP flow, linked email or phone channels, and wallet-sensitive actions taken under your account.

GagaWins may refuse, restrict, suspend, or close accounts where information is false, misleading, incomplete, duplicated improperly, or otherwise inconsistent with platform rules or legal obligations.

Player accounts are used to fund Play Wallet balances, create eligible social pools, submit entries, join open pools, participate in groups, and receive settlements or refunds where applicable.

Organizer accounts are used to operate approved organizer-led pool experiences. Organizers may be required to complete email verification, profile completion, KYC review, and other operational checks before accessing certain features.

Certain features, rights, and responsibilities differ between players, organizers, and admin users. GagaWins may enforce access based on role, verification status, KYC status, bank configuration, and current operational controls.

Pools are created around scheduled sports matches or other approved events made available on the platform.

Entries are only valid when the required stake is successfully debited from the Play Wallet before the pool entry cutoff time.

Once the cutoff has passed, new entries, edits, and removals are blocked unless GagaWins expressly voids or cancels the pool.

Private pool visibility and participation are governed by the product rules then in force, including relationship-based access such as shared groups for player-owned private pools and follower relationships for organizer-owned private pools.

GagaWins may prevent duplicate pool creation in situations where the same creator attempts to open multiple pools for the same match and outcome type contrary to current product rules.

Outcome pools settle against the official recorded result class of home win, away win, or draw.

Score pools settle against the exact final scoreline recorded by GagaWins from the relevant provider or authorized manual admin workflow.

Where a pool is voided or cancelled in accordance with platform rules, eligible stake returns or adjustments are applied according to the published wallet and settlement logic in force at the time.

GagaWins may rely on upstream sports-data providers, internal normalization logic, and authorized administrative review to process match states, final scores, official outcomes, and related settlement jobs.

Where no valid winner exists, where a result is disputed, or where a pool qualifies for a special loss-prevention or refund pathway, the platform may settle according to the operational rules and fee logic configured for that pool type.

Your Play Wallet is used for entry staking. Winnings, commissions, and any operational adjustments are recorded separately in the applicable wallet ledger.

Funding, withdrawals, refunds, and reversals are subject to verification, fraud controls, provider callbacks, and internal reconciliation checks.

GagaWins may delay, reject, reverse, or manually review transactions where there is a mismatch, suspected abuse, failed provider confirmation, or regulatory concern.

Withdrawal access may depend on complete profile data, valid bank details, KYC status, transaction history, payout thresholds, and any manual or automated review rules currently applied by GagaWins.

Wallet entries, settlement credits, fee deductions, refunds, voids, and administrative adjustments may all be recorded in transaction and ledger history for audit and dispute purposes.

Organizers may be required to provide additional information, including public business or creator details, social handles where applicable, government-issued identification details, utility-bill information, and other documents relevant to the organizer type.

KYC approval is subject to review by GagaWins operations or admin teams. Approval may be refused, delayed, revisited, or allowed to expire where submitted information is incomplete, inconsistent, expired, or otherwise unacceptable.

Where organizer KYC expires or becomes unreliable, GagaWins may require revalidation before allowing continued use of affected organizer or payout features.

You must not use GagaWins for fraud, chargeback abuse, automated scraping, manipulation of pool access, OTP abuse, or attempts to interfere with result settlement.

You must not impersonate another person, submit false KYC or bank details, or operate accounts on behalf of minors.

GagaWins may suspend, restrict, or close accounts involved in suspicious, harmful, or prohibited activity.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer platform logic, exploit private-pool access, automate gameplay or account workflows, misuse support channels, or interfere with infrastructure, providers, or other users.

GagaWins aims to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site, upstream sports feeds, payment providers, messaging providers, or communications channels.

The platform may modify, suspend, withdraw, or replace any part of the service, feature set, user interface, access pathway, or provider integration at any time where reasonably necessary for operations, product development, security, or compliance.

Dates, times, results, upstream event states, and provider-dependent flows may occasionally be delayed or corrected, and GagaWins reserves the right to make reasonable operational adjustments where those conditions affect product integrity.

You use GagaWins at your own risk and are responsible for your device, browser, connectivity, account credentials, and local environment needed to access the platform safely.

To the extent permitted by law, GagaWins is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or opportunity-based losses arising from outages, provider delays, force majeure events, user-side technical failures, or actions required for fraud, compliance, or security controls.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, operational needs, or commercial changes. Updated terms become effective when published unless a different effective date is stated.

Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
